High Commissioner Rupert Davies Presents letters of Credence to president Buhari
Sierra Leone High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria Rupert Sydney Dowu Davies has presented his letters of Credence to President Muhammadu Buhari of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The presentation was made on Monday 25th, November 2021 in Aso Villa, Abuja-Nigeria.
High Commissioner Rupert Davies was among eleven other ambassadors that presented letters of credence to President Buhari.
High Commissioner Davies was the seventh ambassador among his compartroits that presented letters of of credence to President Buhari.
The presentation of the letters of credence is a formal ceremony, officially marking the beginning of the ambassadorship of High Commissioner Davies in Nigeria.
The ceremony was extremely colourful, ecstatic and was witnessed by the Nigerian of Minister of Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Jideofor Kwusike Onyeama and other high profile government officials of the Federal Government
On the part of the Sierra Leone high Commission delegation to grace the ceremony, High Commissioner Rupert Davies was accompanied by the Deputy High Commissioner, H.E. Ms. Anna Betty Moussa, the Head of Chancery (HOC), Mr. Mohamed Sorie Conteh and the elder brother of the High Commissioner, Mr. Percy Ayodele Davies.
